What began as one of the area’s first dedicated makeup studios, has grown into a full-service salon and beauty destination — Offering expanded studio services and powered by a passionate team of licensed professionals, artists who take extreme pride in their craft, and find true joy in making people feel their most confident and beautiful.

With over two decades of accolades under their belt, Makeup by Roxy has been proudly voted "Best Makeup Artist" in the Lehigh Valley for 11 consecutive years (2015–2025) by the readers of Lehigh Valley Style Magazine, and was also honored with “Best Spray Tan” in 2021. In 2022, they opened the doors to their full-service salon, marking a new era of offerings for their growing clientele.

Over the last 21 years in business — Roxy Williams, founder and creative force behind the brand, has built a reputation for excellence not only locally, but nationwide. Her carefully curated team of more than twenty talented artists—known as “Team Makeup by Roxy / TeamMBR”— are diverse, passionate and deeply committed to their craft. They specialize in bridal beauty, event glam, editorial, commercial/corporate styling and pageant styling. MBR proudly serves clients both in-studio, on-location, and at destinations around the world.

As of 2023, Makeup by Roxy is the official lead hair, makeup + spray tan team for the United States of America Pageants, a national honor that reflects their elevated artistry and professionalism on every level.
